By logging onto this website, I agree not to disclose any source selection information, the contents of any proposals or any other competition sensitive information to anyone outside of the Topic source selection organization as designated by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) unless and until authorized to do so by the PCO.  

Although your name will not be revealed, there is a high probability that the comments from your evaluation, including the scores, will be used to debrief the offerors after award. Please make sure you do not compare companies or provide any improper statements in your evaluations.
